All these people are volunteers. As multiple roles are carried out by one person, members are asked to consider volunteering to help spread the load. A successful organisation relies on its members to help run it.

Committee meetings are held 8-10 times a year and any decisions affecting the membership are circulated in the monthly News Update or via emails to the membership and at the monthly meeting. The minutes of the Committee meetings are not for public use.
